Lost or Delayed Shipments
* While transit schedules are managed by our third-party courier partners, we stand by our community. If your package tracking stops updating or goes missing, please notify us instantly at allocation@alphabeticerror.com. We will launch an investigation with the courier and ensure you receive a swift resolution or replacement.
Damaged Deliveries
